The one thing that I love is that Beachbody is always creating new programs to keep my body from hitting a plateau. I also love to switch up my workouts so I do not get bored. So this is perfect timing for the Morning Meltdown program because it’s summer time and I want a workout that is fast paced, is going to challenge me, and is going to build on intensity each and every week!
Jericho McMatthews, Beachbody’s super trainer, is a sweetheart and she will kick your butt in a loving way. The Morning Meltdown 100 program is fun, challenging and doable for EVERYONE regardless of your fitness level. I have had the opportunity to test out the first ten workouts of Morning Meltdown 100 through the coach test group preview and with a few friends. The program is GREAT! So let me take some time to give you the full details on what you can expect!
What is MM100?
Morning Meltdown 100 is designed to help you unlock the best version of yourself by committing to completing 100 workouts, by focusing on your mindset, creating new routines for your fitness and improving your nutrition. It might sound crazy, but I promise that with a little discipline and accountability YOU CAN DO IT!
Every morning, Beachbody Super Trainer and Core de Force co-creator Jericho McMatthews is going to lead you through a 20-30 minute workout that can help you rev up your metabolism, burn fat all day, and build your best body ever — all working toward helping you live your BEST LIFE.
There are 100 unique workouts in total and each one is designed to help you transform your body. These include HIIT, resistance, active recovery, mobility, and more. The workouts are short enough to fit into your day without any excuses and the variety means you won’t ever get bored!
But more importantly, these 100 workouts give you 100 opportunities to work on yourself and reap the rewards of working out in the morning.
My workout is my “me time” and it’s been part of my routine since my children were born. Thirty minutes of working out is not going to kill me!! I try to leave all my stress and anxiety outside the door and focus on how great I’ll feel when I’m done (overall health and wellness; mind, body and soul).
So many women say that they do not have TIME to workout! I remember saying those things to myself and then when it became something that I NEEDED to do – I miraculously now had the time! For me it was setting the alarm 30 minutes earlier each day. I made the sacrifice because at the end of those 30 minutes I felt so much more empowered to take on the day. My mind was clearer, I had a great boost of endorphins and I just have a better mindset when I sweat first!!!

Did I Mention the Live DJ?!
Music plays a huge role in this program!! For the first time in Beachbody history, each workout is set to a heart-pumping BPM (beats per minute) playlist mixed by a live DJ.

Importance of Joining an Accountability Challenge Group
An “Accountability Challenge Group” is a group of people who have committed to getting healthy with a program (mentally, emotionally, physically and financially). Through fitness, nutrition, accountability, and peer support, the members of this group help each other reach their goals. The group leader plays a key role in their success. I will guide you through the workout calendar with daily posts, show you how to stream your workouts instantly on Beachbody On Demand and check in on your progress throughout this journey. You will have daily interactions; sometimes assignments, worksheets, tools and resources for success. We will all engage within this group regularly on many topics (fitness, mindset and amazing recipes). This online nutrition and fitness group works because camaraderie, goal setting and daily support all play a huge role in helping you stay accountable and ultimately reach your goals. Whether your goal is to eat better, workout more, lose weight, gain more energy, improve your mindset, sleep, relationships and just live everyday more fulfilled or a mix of all of these (this will happen, trust me!).
